Loomis Metals, Inc. (LMI) is in the business of designing, manufacturing, and erecting Dry Stack Boat and RV Storage.

    LMI is currently erecting the largest Dry Stack Boat/RV storage in California. It is located at 11330 Amalgam Way in Rancho Cordova, Ca. The building is 151' wide and 600' long, and is 82' high (6 story). The storage capacity is 600 boats and 125 recreational vehicles (RV or motor-homes). The loading and unloading is done with a “Wiggins” Marina Bull Forklift with a height capacity of 72'.

    LMI is also erecting two Boat/RV storages. One is located in Rocklin, Ca. and will be going up in 2008. It has a storage capacity of 396 boats and 62 recreational vehicles. The other is located in Portland, Or., in downtown area on the Williamett River with direct river launching, so boats do not need trailers. It will be erected in 2009.

    LMI is also designing another Dry Stack system with direct water launch and retrieve with overhead crane system.
